Hey guys! Figured you might could use a way to track weight, measurements, and exercise. I have used these before and tweaked them a little as they were a little older and specific to me. So now I am sharing with you! They are through drop box, so all you have to do is click the link. They are saved as Word documents. If you do not have Word, there are some free alternatives or feel free to save as another type of document! I hope you enjoy. They are mostly 2 identical pages to use front and back. Most printers have this option you just have to manually flip them! I hope you guys enjoy! Let me know what you think!!!
