Tropical Fruit Salad
Recipe:
3 cans mandarin oranges in juice
2 bags mini marshmallows\
1/2 medium container plain Greek yogurt
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 can crushed pineapple in juice
2 containers fat free cool whip
1/2 bag of shredded coconut
Drain juice from fruit, cut cherries in to quarters, combine everything in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and ENJOY!!!

Mango Smoothie
Recipe:
2 mangos
1 container plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. of agave or stevia
1/2 tbsp. of lime juice
Peel and dice the mangos, place about 1/2 of mangos and all other ingredients in a blender and puree. Layer it in a cup with other mango, ENJOY!!!

Puree, place in container, freeze at least 4 hours, ENJOY!

Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 egg whites
1 scoop of your favorite flavored protein powder (my fave is PES Snickerdoodle)
1/8 to 1/4 almond milk, soy milk, skim milk, or water
Grind oatmeal to powder (or powder like), combine all ingredients, place in hot skillet until golden brown. Top with calorie free syrup (Walden Farms is good!!!) or fruit and ENJOY!!!
